Rewinder:
  • Function-To cut rewind the papers as per the market requirement.
  • Heavy duty rewinder for trimming and rewinding of paper web in required reel size.
  • Rewinding is done by fiction on double drum rolls duly loaded with chrome coated rider roll.
  • Slitting arrangement is provided with pneumatically loaded trimming knives.
  • Framing in SS / CI / MS fabricated with proper stiffeners and cast slide for rider.
  • Rider roll is pneumatically balanced.
  • Pusher roll for the dislodging of the rewind roll on collection table.
  • Braking arrangement is pneumatically operated and water cooled drum is provided.
  • Trim handling system is provided with blower and dual ventury.
  • Maximum operating speed is up to 1000 MPM and driven by DC / AC variable speed drive.
